Transport Costs
Between 07:00 and 11:00 in Greater Brussels
• Orders over €500: €25
• Orders under €500: €75
Between 11:00 and 12:30 in Greater Brussels: 10€
Between 12:30 and 16:00 in Greater Brussels
• Orders over €500: €25
• Orders under €500: €75
An additional transport fee will be charged for any delivery that includes equipment.
Minimum Order Amount
The sales department reserves the right to refuse an order based on the order amount, requested schedule, or the day’s workload.
Weekends and Public Holidays
• Saturday: minimum order amount of €3,000
• Sunday and public holidays: minimum order amount of €5,000
Orders
• Orders are only valid if placed by email and confirmed in writing by Traiteur du Parc.
• A lead time of two (2) working days is required, except for sandwiches and desserts, which must be ordered by 12:00 noon on the previous working day at the latest.
• Order cancellation must be made at least 36 hours in advance; otherwise, 100% of the cost of perishable goods will be charged.
VAT and Invoicing
• All prices are exclusive of VAT and transport costs.
• Invoices are payable within 15 days.
• In case of non-payment by the due date, a penalty of 5% per month will be charged without prior notice.
• In case of non-payment, an additional 10% of the invoice amount will be due for collection and administrative costs, on top of any late-payment fees and legal expenses.
• In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the Brussels district will have jurisdiction.
These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries, services, and other performances, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.
- The client is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.
- Prices may vary according to economic conditions and supplier pricing.
- A price revision may apply if the number of guests decreases by more than 10%.
- A 30-minute grace period applies for any unforeseen traffic delays.
- The client assumes responsibility for delivered goods as soon as they are delivered.
- The client is responsible for any rented or provided equipment.
